Your AI employee doesn’t have to work just for you. Give your colleagues access, and they can all hand him tasks. Accounting has him sort receipts, sales has him prepare quotes, the front office has him coordinate appointments. He works for everyone and knows, with every message, who wanted what from him. If several requests come in at once, he handles them one after another, and none of them gets lost. Suddenly everyone on your team has a right hand who never clocks out.

We set who works with him during setup. Only numbers that have been given access can reach him. No one else can. We also note who your main contact is and who sets priorities. If someone needs to be added or removed, just let us know. For security reasons, he never changes who has access himself.

How many people can work with him depends on your package:

ONE: 3 users included, expandable to up to 5.

BUSINESS: 12 users included, 4 per AI employee computer. Each additional AI employee computer adds room for up to 4 more.

ENTERPRISE: 4 users per AI employee computer, up to 50 users.

You’ll find an overview of all packages at hundredhands.io/en/preise.

Whose word counts.

When several people hand out tasks, two instructions will sometimes contradict each other. Accounting wants the payment reminder out today, but you want to give the customer more time. A good employee doesn’t quietly guess in that situation, and neither does yours: he tells you that two instructions contradict each other and asks.

In the chat

He: Quick question: Anna wants the payment reminder to Krüger to go out today. You said Krüger has until the end of the month. Which one applies?

You: Krüger has until the 31st. Please give Anna a quick heads-up.

Even better: settle it on day one. Tell him who you are and that when in doubt, your word counts. That’s a hard rule like any other from Chapter 3.

Copy this

“Remember this as a hard rule: I’m [name], [owner] of [company]. If someone on the team tells you something that contradicts one of my rules, my word counts. When that happens, let me know.”

In the same way, you decide who’s allowed to do what. A split that works well:

Everyone on the team gives him tasks and gets drafts.

You or a designated person approves what goes out and sets up new standing tasks.

Only you change the house rules.

Giving someone access means trusting them. Your rules tell him how to behave. But they aren’t a lock: anyone who can reach him can use him to set in motion anything he’s able to do. So only give access to people you’d also trust with your desk.

The AI employee in the center, surrounded by three or four people with speech bubbles. One person in a copper frame: “When in doubt, your word counts.”
What customers ask first
Does each of us get our own AI employee?

No, you share one. Picture several phone lines that all ring for the same person. Everyone has their own line, meaning their own chat. But on the other end, it’s always the same employee with the same memory. In the background, he splits big tasks among several helpers on his own.

Can the others see what I write to him?

Your colleagues don’t see your chat, since everyone writes to him in their own. But he himself knows everything the team writes to him and uses that knowledge for everyone, because he’s your shared employee. So anything truly private doesn’t belong in his chat.

Can he read along in our team group chat?

Adding him to a group doesn’t make sense. He’s set up to always reply. Whenever anyone writes something in the group, he responds right away. That’s why everyone has their own WhatsApp or Telegram chat with him and always messages him directly.

What if someone leaves the team?

Just let us know, and the number will be blocked. Any logins that person gave him, you change the way you normally would.

A hundred hands

A hundred hands are enough for your whole team.
