Module 01 of 08·5 lessons·approx. 15 minutes

Your first day.

Since today, a small computer sits somewhere in your office, and a new chat waits on your phone. This module explains what exactly you just hired, and walks you from the first message to the first ten completed tasks.

03 · Lesson 1.1

What exactly you just hired.

For a moment, forget everything you have heard about AI tools. You did not buy a program and did not sign up for a subscription. You hired an employee. That is not marketing speak, it is the most accurate description there is.

Your AI employee lives on his own computer in your building. That is where he works: he reads and writes emails, creates proposals and graphics, researches, maintains your website, prepares your numbers. He takes no breaks, no evenings off and no vacation. And he has one trait that separates him from every tool: he remembers how you want things done.

Is somebody sitting at that computer now?

No. Nobody has to sit at this computer, it does not even need a screen or keyboard. The computer sits in a cabinet or on a shelf, quietly working away. Everyone on your team reaches the employee through the chat.

04 · Lesson 1.2

The first message.

On day one, many customers stare at the empty chat window for a while. What do you write to an employee who can do everything? The answer: the same thing you would say to a new person on your team. Greet him, tell him what is on your mind, and let him ask the rest.

By the way: he already knows you. During setup we gave him everything you told us: your company, your industry, your key workflows. You are not starting from zero, you are continuing a conversation we began for you.

You"Hello! Starting today we work together. Where do we begin?"
Him"I have already settled in: I know your inbox, I have read your website. My suggestion: I sort your inbox and lay out the three most important open matters for you."
You"Do that. And afterwards, tell me what else you noticed."
Give him a name

It sounds like a gimmick, but it changes everything: to a "Max" or a "Mrs. Berger" you delegate like to a colleague, to a nameless system you type search queries. Just write: "From now on your name is …" He will remember.

05 · Lesson 1.3

What he can do from day one, what he first learns from you.

Your employee does not start as a beginner. He brings the collected experience of every deployment we have ever run: thousands of proven procedures, from the clean proposal PDF to the competitor research. The craft is solid from day one.

The second part goes faster the more he gets to see. So one simple rule applies at the start: give him real work, not test questions. Let him answer quiz questions for a week and you end up with a good quiz contestant. Give him the inbox, a proposal and a research job, and after a week you have a trained-in employee.

He is monitored by a second agent

Your package includes an audit system that checks your employee's work and alerts us when something is unusual. You do not have to double-check his work suspiciously, that is what we are for. What goes out is still your decision: more on that in Module 3.

06 · Lesson 1.4

The first 48 hours.

So you know what is normal: this is what the first two days look like for almost every customer.

And what if five people on your team want something at the same time? No problem, there is no queue. Every chat is a separate conversation to him, and he can work on many things at once. The computer in your cabinet distributes the work, like a secretariat with a hundred hands.

07 · Lesson 1.5

The first ten tasks.

This list has proven to be the fastest way our customers turn a new employee into an indispensable one. Work through it in your first week, in any order you like.

01Have the inbox sorted: "Sort my inbox and show me the three most important matters."
02Have an email answered, first as a draft for approval. Sending stays with you.
03Commission a research job: "What are my three main competitors doing right now? With sources."
04Have a proposal drafted, from a real, open inquiry.
05Order a graphic: an ad image or social media visual for your company.
06Have a spreadsheet analyzed: send him an Excel file and a question about it.
07Send a voice message: dictate an assignment from the car, more on that in Module 2.
08Feed him your tone: send him three typical texts of yours. "This is how we sound. Remember it."
09Give a correction: have a result that is not quite right specifically improved.
10Order the morning briefing: "Starting tomorrow, give me an overview every weekday at 7:30: inbox, appointments, open matters."

With task 10 you have incidentally set up your first routine: work that now happens every day on its own, without you ever asking for it again. How to build such routines deliberately is what Module 4 shows.

08 · Practice Exercise, 10 Minutes

Three assignments before lunch.

Not tomorrow, not when things calm down: now. Copy the three templates into your chat one after the other and adjust the [brackets]. The results come in while you read the rest of the module.

01"Sort my inbox from today and yesterday. Show me the three most important matters first, each with one sentence on why they matter, and your suggestion."
02"Research my three main competitors: [names]. What have they changed in the last 4 weeks: prices, offers, website, advertising? Brief and with sources."
03"Create an ad image for [your most important offer] for [Instagram/LinkedIn]. Style: [e.g. premium, calm, no discount shouting]. Show me a draft first."
09 · Module 1 Checklist

Checked off when you have this.

10 · Frequent Questions

What customers ask first here.

Do I need technical knowledge? No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can do this. There is nothing to install and no jargon you need. What you learn here is good delegation, not technology.

What if I write something wrong? There are no wrong messages. If he does not understand something, he asks, like a good colleague. You cannot break anything: everything outward-facing needs your approval anyway.

Can my staff message him too? Yes, that is the idea. Everyone on the team can give him tasks, every chat is its own conversation. Who is allowed to do what, such as granting approvals, is defined with us during onboarding.

Does he really work at night? Yes. Assignments you start in the evening are finished by morning. Routines like your morning briefing are done before you have your first coffee.
